The designs enhance the use of natural light to reduce daytime electricity use, alongside the use of clean energy, including the installation of Solar Rooftop Systems in several projects to reduce electricity consumption. The company also collaborates with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority to install EV Chargers in condominium projects, facilitating residents who choose clean energy vehicles, with the first installation at the Atmos Oasis On Nut project. Moreover, the company selects construction materials that do not contribute to air pollution, such as using prefabricated walls that reduce dust generation and furniture with low formaldehyde content. Strict standards are also enforced to minimize air pollution during all construction phases.

Water Management: Maximizing Water Resource Utilization - AssetWise has implemented a Water System Utilization to optimize water use in buildings, designing landscapes to utilize rainwater effectively. Additionally, there is an Ozone Room or wastewater treatment room using ozone machines to recycle wastewater for beneficial use.
